Here’s Semi-Final #2 and it’s a good matchup. Char Siu Bao knocked out Char Siu So with a whopping 77% of the vote in the previous round and Egg Custard Tart came out on top with 60% of vote over Sesame Ball.

Thanks to all who’ve voted so far. Here’s how the preliminary battles shook out: With 62% of the vote Har Gow defeated Siu Mai; Char Siu Bao knocked out Char Siu So with a whopping 77% of the vote; In a really close race, 56% of the vote was enough for Chicken Feet to take down Turnip Cake; Egg Custard Tart came out on top with 60% of vote over Sesame Ball.

So now we move on 1st of two Semi-Finals.  Which will move on to the Finals? May the best Dim Sum win. Vote for your favorite below.  Voting will close Fri 2/15.

For all you gamers out there, you may hear me rapping in the new Square Enix game, “Sleeping Dogs.” I wrote two Cantonese raps for this shoot ’em up game set in Hong Kong. My songs play in the club scene. I collaborated with my friend, Nathan Wang, who’s a major music composer in Hollywood. I do want to give a heads up that this game is Rated M for Mature due to language and violence so it’s not exactly family friendly.
