My video “Dim Sum” was named Best Music Video by the Asians on Film Festival for the Fall Quarter of 2014. It has been selected to compete against other winning videos at the Asians on Film Festival in LA in March. What an honor!!!! Thanks again to my cast and crew for making this an award winning video. In case you haven’t seen the video, here it is:
Here’s a couple red carpet interviews I did at the CAPE Holiday party. It was cool to be with fellow Asian American entertainers like Apl.de.ap from Black Eyed Peas, Kelly Hu, Ian Anthony Dale and more. Check these out.
Things don’t always go the way you plan. We tried to do a Christmas song video. One cast member didn’t behave. Watch what happened.
I was honored to be invited to be part of a historic White House Briefing of Asian American faith leaders. I also got to perform with my favorite artist, Larissa Lam, at the Asian American Pacific Islander Faith Alliance Impact Awards Gala in DC. Asians need to keep repping in the civic arenas.
My music video for “Dim Sum” will be screening at the Crest Theater as part of the Sacramento Film Festival on Sat. Sept 14th 6pm. It will be part of the program “Sac Music Seen”. I’ll be there to see it on the big screen so if you’re in Sac town, please join me. Here’s the link to tickets and more info: http://sacfilm.com
My song, “Jun Bay” that was featured in the movie “Dead Man Down” is now available for download here for 99 cents. The instrumental only version is also available.
My song “Jun Bay” is featured in the film “Dead Man Down” starring Colin Farrell, Terrence Howard, Noomi Rapace and Dominic Cooper. After being in movie theaters in the spring, it’s now out on DVD and Blu-Ray. The title of the song is Cantonese for “Get Ready”.
